For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Royal Sphinx does not accept returns or provide refunds on products that have been purchased, opened, or delivered.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly review your claim for an exchange.

Royal Sphinx is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier or for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer support team so we can assist you in filing a claim when applicable.
